The Pine Hut is the sales office for the Herdade do Pinheirinho project in Comporta, developed by VIC Properties and built by Toscca. With a total area of 270 m², the wooden structure rests on a raised foundation that ensures ventilation, stability, and soil conservation. The building is complemented by a 165 m² outdoor deck, which extends the space outdoors and creates a harmonious transition with the surrounding landscape.
The vertical wooden slat cladding ensures natural ventilation and blends aesthetically with the pine forest, reinforcing Comporta’s architectural identity. Inside, the spaces have been organized in a functional and welcoming way, incorporating reception areas, meeting rooms, offices, a fully equipped kitchen, and technical support areas.
