Industrial Building

Toscca participated in the construction of Atepeli’s industrial facility in Penafiel, where it was responsible for supplying and erecting the timber structure. The project included structural elements made of GL24h glued-laminated timber, CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) panels, and the corresponding connection and bracing systems, ensuring a robust and technically sound structural solution.

Integrated into an industrial building with a gross floor area of approximately 7,650 m², this project demonstrates the versatility of timber construction in large-scale projects, combining structural performance, speed of execution, and a more sustainable approach.
