Construction of a housing complex intended to accommodate military personnel and civilian staff of the Navy and the National Maritime Authority who have been relocated from their usual place of residence. The project includes 26 studio apartments (T0) and 13 one-bedroom apartments (T1), along with a communal laundry facility.
The units were manufactured in a factory under controlled conditions and subsequently transported and assembled on-site, ensuring greater construction precision, quality control, and reduced construction time compared to traditional methods. The construction solution also prioritized sustainability and efficiency, ensuring a space adaptable to the Navy’s operational requirements and providing comfort and well-being for its users.
